About Nina

Nina Chatrath is a founder of Enhance Consulting, a boutique Leadership Consulting firm based in New Delhi.
 
With over twenty years of Business and consulting experience, Ms. Chatrath focuses on the impact of Succession Planning and of Leadership on business performance, organization building and the management of talent. She was part of the Global Leadership Consulting team in global search firms and worked as a Senior Partner in Heidrick & Struggles, and earlier with Korn/Ferry International.

Some of the key areas of Institutional building that Nina specializes in are around Succession Planning, Creating a Robust Leadership Pipeline, Leadership Talent Benchmarking, all leading to impact performance and drive organizational excellence.

 

While in Leadership Consulting, Ms. Chatrath has consulted to a range of blue-chip clients; multinational companies and Indian businesses across various industries. She has successfully conducted organization and business impacting Change Management Interventions spanning the top tier of leadership and helped to cascade these across the organization. She has been instrumental in creating Innovative Behavioral-based Development Initiatives for leaders and assessment projects evaluating executives’ behavior, which bear a direct correlation to positive motivation and engagement in executives.

She moved to the people side of the business in 2001, instituting a process-centric approach using models like People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM®); and then transitioned to the behavioral side of leadership and personal effectiveness with Dale Carnegie.. Her early years prior to consulting were largely in business development roles across hospitality, retail, and technology sectors. When not navigating through organizational blueprints, Nina delivers thought provoking ideas in sphere of leadership across NHRD, CII, AIMA, SIBM. She serves in the HR committee of India’s apex industry forum-CII (Confederation of Indian Industries). Nina also guides the organizations on leadership in business through her writings for leading business publications, The Economic Times, Hindustan Times, The Mint and Business Today.

Ms. Chatrath holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Delhi University, with business management and hotel management qualifications. She has also completed PGDM-HR from XLRI.

Puja Keswani

Puja Keswani

Puja brings over 20 years of professional experience spanning Consulting, Talent Assessment & Acquisition and Client Relationship Management.

She has worked with Heidrick & Struggles for over 10 years. She has partnered with a wide variety of clients, from Start-up’s to Fortune 500’s, providing talent to help scale and be future ready. She has built leadership teams in a broad range of Industrial sub-sectors including, Energy, Infrastructure, Sustainability, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Puja’s work includes multiple cross border projects giving her a hands on understanding of the global talent landscape in these sectors. Her work spans advising clients and candidates to help them make critical decisions in their organizational/career journeys. She has worked on Organizational structures, Role Descriptions, Competency Mappings, and Succession Planning.

She has earlier worked with a boutique firm for seven years across Industrial and Manufacturing verticals at leadership levels. She started her career with the Airline industry, and worked in KLM for three years. Puja enjoys training and mentoring. She has trained multiple colleagues in the Heidrick & Struggles in-house 250 people strong Knowledge Management Centre.

She graduated with Honours from Delhi University in Sociology, and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Veena Negi

Veena, an IT professional turned HR expert, has 20 years of experience in the power electronics industry and 4 years of expertise in talent acquisition. With a strong academic foundation in Physics (Graduation), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), and an MBA in Human Resource Management, Veena brings a unique blend of technical expertise and HR acumen. 

She has worked with renowned companies, focusing on mid-level and senior-level requirements. Her expertise spans organizational structures, role descriptions, competency mappings, recruitment strategies, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning. Veena has a proven track record of identifying and acquiring top talent, driving organizational growth, and fostering a culture of excellence.”

Rajiv

Rajiv Chatrath

Rajiv is a seasoned entrepreneur and marine engineer with diverse experience. He co-founded Tritronics India Pvt Ltd in 1988, a leading manufacturer of UPS systems, serving government projects, OEMs, and corporate clients. With a strong background in production, procurement, HR, and service support, Rajiv successfully expanded the business, establishing a pan-India presence. 

Post-entrepreneurial venture, Rajiv has leveraged his skills in talent acquisition, helping companies find the right resources, training them, and developing strategies for business growth. With over 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, Rajiv continues to drive growth and excellence in the organizations he partners with. 

His unique blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial acumen, and HR experience makes him a valuable asset in today’s competitive business landscape.
